Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior management. The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's/Management's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and business correspondence.
- Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and itinerary planning.
- Follow up with departments, clients, vendors, and team members on pending tasks.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and important documents.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and business events.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and management updates.
- Coordinate office administration and support operational activities.
- Track deadlines, commitments, and action items assigned by management.
- Perform research and collect information as required by management.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and various departments.

Qualification
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
- 1 years of experience as Executive Assistant.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
