About Role:
We are looking for a QC Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to ensure the quality, reliability, and functionality of our arcade games, interactive entertainment systems, machines, and related equipment before they are dispatched or installed at client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test machines, equipment, and components at different stages of production/assembly.
- Perform functional, electrical, mechanical, and quality checks as per defined standards and specifications.
- Identify, document, and report defects, deviations, and quality issues.
- Coordinate with the Production, Engineering, and Installation teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Verify electrical wiring, connections, components, sensors, motors, control panels, and other relevant equipment.
- Conduct final inspection and testing before dispatch, installation, or client handover.
- Maintain inspection reports, checklists, test records, and quality documentation.
- Ensure products meet required quality, safety, performance, and reliability standards.
- Assist in identifying recurring defects and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rework, rejection, and quality issues.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance, preferably in machines, electrical/electronic equipment, industrial equipment, automation, or similar products.
- Good understanding of electrical and mechanical components and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and understand basic electrical/mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong inspection, testing, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Good coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
