Qualification & Experience
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. / MBA
- 10–12 years’ experience in Customer Care
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and complaints; maintain strong relationships
- Process orders and coordinate dispatch activities
- Support marketing team in administrative and promotional activities
- Monitor finished goods stock for smooth dispatch
- Implement freight cost control and verify freight bills
- Maintain sales records and manage credit-related coordination
