Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with exceptional sales, negotiation, and pitching skills. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, identifying their requirements, and converting leads into successful sales while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and product presentations to convert leads into customers.
- Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer queries and provide post-sales support when required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent sales, pitching, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proven ability to convince customers and handle objections effectively.
- Target-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-driven.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, or customer acquisition.
- Freshers with outstanding communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
