Job Summary:
The Service Advisor is responsible for coordinating between customers and the service team to ensure smooth vehicle service operations. The role includes understanding customer concerns, preparing job cards, explaining repair requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service or repair requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and record customer complaints accurately.
- Prepare job cards and explain the service process to customers.
- Provide estimated cost and delivery timeline for service/repair work.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop team for proper diagnosis and repair.
- Update customers regarding service progress and additional repair requirements.
- Ensure quality service and timely delivery of vehicles.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper service records and documentation.
- Follow up with customers after service for feedback and relationship building.
Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of automobile service and repairs.
- Ability to coordinate with workshop staff and customers.
- Computer knowledge for job card and service record management.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
Qualification:
- Diploma / Graduate (Automobile or any relevant field preferred).
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile service or customer service (preferred).

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
