Handle guest reservations and travel-related queries professionally
Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with luxury hospitality standards
Assist guests with bookings, modifications, and special requests
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experience
Maintain accurate reservation records and guest details
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy

19 -24 years.
Applicants who will be completing or have completed their graduation from a recognised University in any stream.
Final year students will need to provide their completed graduation certificate within 6 months.
Full-time graduation is preferred.
Applicants must be comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Applicants must be certified as medically fit by the Company doctor at the time of joining.
