Job Summary
The Study Abroad Guidance Counsellor Manager is responsible for leading the counselling team, guiding students for overseas education opportunities, managing admissions processes, coordinating with universities and partners, and achieving student enrollment targets. The role includes team management, student counselling, business development support, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counselling & Admissions
- Guide students regarding international education opportunities, courses, universities, scholarships, and visa processes.
- Assess students’ academic background, career goals, and financial capability to recommend suitable programs.
- Assist students with university applications, SOPs, LORs, and documentation.
- Support students throughout admission, visa, and pre-departure processes.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and prospective students.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
