Job Summary
Techcruz Technologies is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to manage and grow multiple business verticals including IT Services, CRM Consulting, Export Business, E-commerce, Retail, and Hospitality.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills with the ability to identify new business opportunities, generate revenue, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple company projects.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Conduct client calls, meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
- Manage sales pipelines and update CRM records regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Explore new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Account Management.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Experience using CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
