Position Overview
We are looking for a highly creative Content Creator & Social Media Storyteller who can independently conceptualize, script, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
This is not just a videography role. You will be responsible for turning everyday farm activities, scientific concepts, and brand stories into content that educates, entertains, and inspires.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Ideation
- Brainstorm and develop original content ideas aligned with brand goals
- Research social media trends and adapt them for our niche
- Create weekly and monthly content calendars
- Plan educational, entertaining, and viral content formats
Script Writing
- Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Develop storytelling concepts for product launches and campaigns
- Simplify scientific and agricultural topics into easy-to-understand content
- Create hooks, captions, and CTAs that improve engagement
Content Production
- Capture high-quality videos and photographs on the farm
- Record behind-the-scenes moments, founder stories, and product journeys
- Direct and organize shoots with team members when required
- Experiment with creative angles, transitions, and visual storytelling
Video Editing & Design
- Edit short-form videos with subtitles, effects, music, and motion graphics
- Create visually appealing posts, carousels, and promotional creatives
- Maintain a consistent premium brand identity across all platforms
Social Media Management
- Publish content according to schedule
- Write captions and optimize hashtags
- Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes
Skills Required
- Excellent creative thinking and storytelling ability
- Strong script writing skills for short-form content
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Photography and videography skills using a smartphone or camera
- Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, VN, etc.)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and generate fresh ideas consistently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating viral or high-engagement social media content
- Portfolio showcasing videos, scripts, or social media work
- Interest in startups, biotechnology, agriculture, sustainability, or nutrition
- Strong communication skills in English and Telugu
