Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Beautician to provide a range of beauty and personal care services. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about skincare, hair removal, makeup, and beauty treatments, with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide beauty services such as facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, makeup application, and basic skincare treatments.
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation for all tools, equipment, and treatment areas.
- Schedule appointments and manage client records.
- Educate clients on aftercare and skincare routines.
- Promote and recommend salon products and services to clients.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout each service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a salon, spa, or beauty clinic (preferred).
- Proficiency in beauty treatments such as facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and makeup.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and consultation skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
