As a Program Manager – Academic & Physical Infrastructure, you will be responsible for ensuring that the University’s teaching infrastructure and campus facilities are planned, coordinated, and operational when required. You will work with academic and operations teams to estimate and plan infrastructure requirements (labs, classrooms, office spaces, computing facilities, etc.) based on academic needs, operational requirements, and future plans.
Responsibilities:

Ensure and plan labs (science, computing, media) readiness before semester start, including equipment, software, power provisioning, broadband and power backup, etc.

Ensure classroom readiness before each semester including new equipment installations, replacements, classroom fixtures and other facilities.

Assist University operations by tracking new initiatives related to physical infrastructure and services.

Keep track of new work related to construction, retrofits, campus facilities, IT, labs, etc.

Monitor progress of construction projects and facility upgrades.

Work collaboratively with operations and academic teams to identify and address challenges.

Maintain visibility into timelines, dependencies, and progress across infrastructure projects.

Support space planning, allocation, and infrastructure utilisation at campus.

Prepare and manage budgets.
