About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate trainer to teach Python Full Stack Development, Generative AI, and related technologies to students enrolled in our software training programs. The ideal candidate should have strong industry experience and the ability to simplify complex concepts into practical, job-oriented learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on Python Full Stack Development and Generative AI.
- Teach Python, Django/FastAPI, React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and APIs.
- Conduct GenAI sessions covering Prompt Engineering, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, AI Agents, and AI application development.
- Create course materials, assignments, coding exercises, and capstone projects.
- Conduct coding labs, doubt-clearing sessions, and mentorship programs.
- Guide students on industry best practices and project development.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments and mock interviews.
- Support students in placement preparation, including coding and technical interview readiness.
- Stay updated with the latest Full Stack and AI technologies and incorporate them into training.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of industry experience in Python Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in Python, Django/FastAPI, React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks.
- Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Experience building real-world projects using Full Stack technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students from beginner to advanced levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a technical trainer, mentor, or instructor.
- Experience teaching software development bootcamps or professional training programs.
- Familiarity with placement-oriented training and interview preparation
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
