JD-Desktop Support Engineer
Location : Noida / Faridabad(6days WFO-5days from Noida Office and 1 day from Faridabad office)
CTC – 3.5 LPA+traveling allowance(this would between Noida & Faridabad travel only)
Exp:1.5-2yrs
Primary-Network & Secondary-Desktop

KRA :
- Troubleshooting (Software, hardware, printer & application)
- Network support L1 (know how of IP config, MAC binding, basic troubleshooting
- Software and hardware installation, configuration, setup.
- Inventory management (hardware and software)
- Assist business in IT project rollouts.
- AV, Security and Patch management.
- Knowhow of OS installations (windows & macOS), configuration, policy deployment.
- Maintain proper logs and records.
- Ensure data backups and storage.
- Knowledge on Access point / Firewall
- Knowledge on basic network
- Hardware knowledge ( Desktop/Laptop/Printer )
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
