Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of sports facilities, ensuring excellent customer experience, smooth venue operations, and efficient team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day venue operations and facility maintenance.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate venue bookings, events, and sports activities.
- Supervise and support venue staff.
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Prepare operational and performance reports.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sports Venue Management or Facility Operations.
- Strong customer handling and communication skills.
- Experience in managing venue operations and events.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
- Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.
- Must be comfortable traveling across Delhi NCR for venue visits and operational requirements.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Pay: ₹15,601.03 - ₹20,000.00 per month
