Sales Counsellor
Location: Marol, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, and guide them in choosing the right training program. The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven, and passionate about helping students make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with student leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Explain program features, benefits, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
- Handle student queries and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or counselling is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
