Job Title: Closing Manager – Real EstateJob Summary:
The Closing Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end property closing process, ensuring smooth documentation, payment collection, registration coordination, customer communication, and handover formalities. The role involves coordinating with sales, legal, finance, and customers to complete transactions efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete property closing process from booking confirmation to final handover.
- Coordinate with customers for agreement execution, documentation, and registration formalities.
- Ensure timely collection of pending payments / dues before closing.
- Liaise with legal, finance, CRM, and sales teams for smooth closure of transactions.
- Verify all customer documents and ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate property registration / possession handover.
- Handle customer queries related to closing, payments, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of closures, agreements, payment status, and handover reports.
- Track pending cases and ensure timely resolution of closing issues.
- Prepare MIS reports on closures, collections, and registrations for management review.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of real estate documentation & registration process
- Customer handling & negotiation skills
- Coordination and follow-up abilities
- Attention to detail in documentation
- Good communication (English / Telugu / Hindi preferred)
- Knowledge of CRM / ERP / MS Excel
Qualification:
- Any Graduation/Mba preferred
- Freshers with skills and confident and experience in sales
