Assistant Manager – Administration & Front Office

Job Summary:
Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner,
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper entry protocols
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Support travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services
- Oversee daily office operations
- Act as a point of contact between departments for administrative needs
- Assist HR/Admin in employee-related coordination
- Monitor housekeeping and ensure office cleanliness and upkeep
- Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and utilities
Required Experience:
· 3-5 years of experience, preferably in Building / Interior Industry.
· Experience in leading and managing the administrative department.
· Well versed in MS Office Suite.
· Fluency in English and Malayalam is a must.
· Salary Package: Rs. 2.7 lakhs – 3.0 lakhs per Annum
· Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
