- Assist in vendor selection for product resale/trading and raw materials.
- Prepare vendor selection criteria and identify suitable vendors.
- Coordinate with R&D for sample evaluation and vendor approval.
- Prepare and manage vendor purchase agreements.
- Maintain and update the approved vendor list.
- Place purchase orders and follow up with vendors as per purchase plans.
- Handle vendor communication regarding rejections, replacements, and improvements.
- Support order amendments and vendor re-evaluations based on performance.
