Job Title: Digital HR Executive

Job Summary
The Digital HR Executive will be responsible for managing digital HR operations, supporting HRMS and workforce management platforms, coordinating client onboarding activities, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring smooth adoption of digital HR solutions by clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HRMS, Attendance, Payroll, and CLMS platforms.
- Ensure accurate employee data management and timely system updates.
- Support attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal product and support teams for issue resolution and client support.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for prospective and existing clients.
- Onboard new clients and facilitate implementation of digital HR services.
- Promote and pitch additional digital HR solutions to existing customers.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and user guides.
- Visit client locations whenever required for implementation, training, or operational support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HRMS, Client Support, or Customer Success.
- Knowledge of HRMS, Payroll, Attendance, or Workforce Management systems.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
