- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and
recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer discussions.
- Design solution architectures and prepare technical proposals.
- Assist in Proof of Concept (PoC) setup, testing, and technical validation.
- Support RFP/RFQ responses and solution documentation.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, and deployment teams for successful project
execution.
- Provide technical guidance to channel partners and customers.
- Stay updated on product features, integrations, and industry trends.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or related field.- 3–4 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, or
a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Strong software solutioning and technical presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of hardware systems, networking, IoT devices, and integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with both technical and business teams.
- Willingness to travel as required.
