Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day MEPF installation works.
- Ensure proper coordination before plastering/closing ceilings.
- Conduct quality inspections as per approved drawings.
- Verify:
- HVAC ducting alignment & insulation
- CHW piping pressure testing
- Fire Fighting hydro testing
- Electrical cable megger testing
- Earthing resistance testing
- MGPS leak testing
- Lift safety and Installation
- Maintain QA/QC checklists and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with:
- National Building Code of India
- National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers norms
- Coordinate with Civil team for shaft & equipment room readiness.
- Assist in testing & commissioning activities.
- Prepare DPR, WPR, and material reconciliation reports.
- Support RA bill measurements and vendor verification.
- Ensure safety compliance at site.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of hospital MEP requirements.
- Experience in OT HVAC & MGPS preferred.
- Ability to read MEP drawings & coordinate services.
- Hands-on experience in testing & commissioning.
- Strong documentation skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years site experience.
- Hospital project exposure preferred.
