Job Summary
Typist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing speed and accuracy, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to prepare and maintain documents while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Type documents, letters, reports, and other business correspondence accurately.
- Convert handwritten or scanned documents into digital format.
- Prepare and format documents using MS Word and MS Excel.
- Maintain records and files in an organized manner.
- Proofread documents to eliminate spelling and grammatical errors.
- Update databases and maintain digital records.
- Print, scan, and photocopy documents as required.
- Coordinate with different departments for documentation work.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information.
Required Skills
- Good typing speed (30–50 WPM or above preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and basic computer applications.
- Good knowledge of English and Hindi typing (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of internet and email communication.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Certification in Computer Applications or Typing is an added advantage.
