We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our customer base and drive company growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Promote company financial products and services
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Lead and support the sales team
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Generate leads through field work and networking
- Prepare reports and sales plans
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in sales/marketing (finance sector preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and team handling ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Two-wheeler and driving license preferred
Qualification:
- Minimum: Plus Two / Any Degree
