About the Role We are looking for an energetic and well-spoken Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying property leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining strong communication with prospective buyers/clients, while representing our brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from leads generated through marketing campaigns, property portals, and referrals
- Explain ongoing and upcoming residential/commercial projects, pricing, and payment plans to interested clients
- Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and requirement, and schedule site visits with the sales team
- Handle inbound inquiries from property portals and walk-in/website leads
- Maintain and update lead status, follow-ups, and client details in the CRM
- Conduct timely follow-ups with warm and cold leads to convert them into site visits and bookings
- Coordinate with the sales and site visit team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead conversion targets
- Handle client objections regarding pricing, location, or project details with accurate information
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Marathi or other regional language as applicable]
- Pleasant, confident, and persuasive telephone manner
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM/lead management tools)
- Strong listening, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay target-driven
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Prior exposure to real estate, property sales, or similar telecalling/telesales roles is a plus
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate is preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
