About the Role
KOKA Software Technology is looking for an MBA graduate who is interested in field research, industry analysis and business data collection.
The candidate will visit industries and businesses to understand their software requirements, business processes, operational challenges and technology usage. The collected information will be used by KOKA to improve its ERP, CRM, HRMS and SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit industries, companies and business establishments for market research.
- Collect business and industry-related information through direct interaction.
- Understand how companies currently manage their business processes.
- Identify software and ERP requirements of different industries.
- Collect information about existing software used by businesses.
- Understand customer pain points and operational challenges.
- Conduct surveys and structured interviews with business owners and employees.
- Collect information about competitors and their products.
- Maintain accurate data in Excel / Google Sheets / CRM.
- Categorise collected data by industry, company size, software requirement and business process.
- Share daily field visit reports.
- Prepare weekly market research reports.
- Identify potential business opportunities for KOKA products.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Product and Management teams.
- Travel locally for customer and industry visits.
