Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sr. Operation Head for our Iron & Steel manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling overall plant operations, production planning, manpower management, process improvement, and operational efficiency. Candidates with strong experience in Iron & Steel industries will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle overall plant and production operations.
- Monitor daily production targets and operational activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between production, maintenance, dispatch, and quality departments.
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Monitor manpower productivity and shift operations.
- Handle process improvement and production planning activities.
- Ensure safety standards and operational compliance are maintained.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Prepare daily/monthly production and MIS reports.
- Control operational losses and improve productivity.
- Handle team management and workforce discipline.
- Support management in achieving production and operational goals.
- Ensure smooth raw material and finished goods flow within plant operations.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Iron & Steel plant operations

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Iron & Steel Industry is mandatory
- Strong experience in plant operations and production handling
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production Engineering preferred
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
