We are looking for an experienced and highly capable HR Manager who can independently manage the complete employee lifecycle — from manpower planning and candidate sourcing to recruitment, onboarding, employee management, documentation, policies, compliance and separation. The candidate must have practical knowledge of modern hiring platforms and should understand the complete recruitment process from job requirement → sourcing → screening → interviewing → selection → documentation → offer → joining → onboarding → employee management. The HR Manager will be responsible for establishing professional HR systems and ensuring that employees and management operate within appropriate organizational policies and applicable legal requirements. Key Responsibilities A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Understand manpower requirements from management and department heads. Prepare detailed Job Descriptions. Publish vacancies on appropriate recruitment platforms. Source candidates through: o Naukri o LinkedIn o Indeed o Apna o WorkIndia o Foundit o Internshala o Recruitment agencies o Social media o Employee referrals o Other relevant hiring platforms Search and shortlist candidates. Screen resumes. Conduct preliminary interviews. Conduct telephonic/video screening. Coordinate technical and management interviews. Maintain candidate databases. Maintain recruitment trackers. Negotiate salary within approved parameters. Conduct reference/background verification where required. Issue offer letters and joining documentation. Coordinate joining formalities. Maintain recruitment records. B. Complete Employee Lifecycle Management Manage employees from joining through separation: Recruitment → Selection → Offer → Joining → Documentation → Onboarding → Attendance → Performance → Employee Relations → Training → Promotion → Exit Responsibilities include: Employee onboarding. Employee documentation. Employee master data. Employee files. Attendance management. Leave management. Probation tracking. Confirmation processes. Performance management. Employee grievances. Disciplinary procedures. Training coordination. Employee engagement. Exit interviews. Full-and-final coordination. C. HR Policies & Systems Develop, implement and maintain: HR policies. Leave policies. Attendance policies. Recruitment policies. Probation policies. Code of conduct. Employee disciplinary policies. Work-from-home policies where applicable. Performance evaluation systems. Salary and increment processes. Employee grievance procedures. Confidentiality policies. Workplace conduct policies. Exit and separation procedures. D. Labour & Employment Compliance The candidate should have strong practical understanding of applicable Indian employment laws and statutory HR requirements. Knowledge should include, as applicable: Shops and Establishments regulations. Minimum wages. Payment of wages. Working hours and leave requirements. Employee records. Provident Fund (EPF). Employee State Insurance (ESI). Professional Tax where applicable. TDS coordination. Gratuity requirements. Bonus requirements. POSH compliance. Employment contracts. Contractor/workforce compliance. Labour documentation. Statutory registers and records. The HR Manager should coordinate with legal advisors, consultants, payroll professionals and management whenever specialist legal advice is required. E. Employee Relations Maintain professional employee relations. Handle employee complaints and grievances. Investigate workplace issues. Maintain confidentiality. Assist management in disciplinary matters. Ensure consistent application of company policies. Promote professional workplace culture. Educational Qualification MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. Bachelor's degree mandatory. Additional HR certifications preferred. Experience 4–8 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
