ERP Stock Executive

Job details

Job Summary: The ERP Stock Executive is responsible for managing inventory records,

stock transactions, and ERP updates for the jewellery showroom.

Key Responsibilities

 Maintain and update stock details in the ERP system on a daily basis.

 Create and manage product masters for jewellery items.

 Ensure accurate recording of stock receipts, sales, transfers, and returns.

 Monitor stock movement across departments and branches.

 Perform daily stock reconciliation between physical stock and ERP records.

 Investigate and report stock discrepancies immediately.

 Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual stock audits.

 Generate daily stock reports and inventory summaries.

 Prepare management reports on stock ageing and movement.

 Coordinate with purchase, sales, and accounts teams.

Required Skills

 Strong knowledge of ERP Systems and Inventory Management.

 Proficiency in MS Excel.

 Understanding of jewellery stock management processes.

 Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

 Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Educational Qualification

Any Degree / Diploma. Certification in Inventory Management or ERP Systems will be an

added advantage.
