Job Summary
Active Freight Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented International Freight Forwarding Executive to support Air and Sea Import/Export operations. The candidate will be responsible for shipment coordination, documentation, customer communication, and ensuring smooth movement of international cargo from origin to destination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate international Air Freight and Ocean Freight shipments.
- Handle Import and Export shipment operations from booking to final delivery.
- Liaise with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, transporters, and customers.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain shipment documentation including: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Air Waybill (AWB), Bill of Lading (BL), Delivery Orders, Shipping Instructions, Arrival Notices
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers.
- Ensure timely execution of shipments and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate customs clearance activities with CHA partners.
- Assist in freight rate inquiries, quotations, and customer service activities.
- Maintain shipment records and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Freshers with logistics or international trade knowledge may apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in International Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, or Supply Chain Operations.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Basic understanding of Import & Export processes.
- Knowledge of Air Freight and Sea Freight operations.
- Familiarity with international shipping documents.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple shipments.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
