Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall daily operations of the showroom.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment.
- Maintain proper visual merchandising and store displays.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Monitor cash handling, billing, and daily sales reports.
- Prevent stock loss through effective inventory control.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and complies with company standards.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare management reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the head office regarding stock and promotional activities.
- Implement marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
