About Us
Aryana Design Studio is a growing architectural and design practice specializing in architectural design, planning, approvals, interior design, and project coordination. We are looking for a motivated and creative Architect to join our team and contribute to a diverse range of residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
- Develop concept designs and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Assist in planning permissions, approvals, and documentation.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Prepare BOQs, project documentation, and reports when required.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building by-laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Registered with the Council of Architecture (preferred).
- 1–3 years of professional experience (Freshers with strong skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving licence will be an advantage.
