About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused Dental Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good clinical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to independently handle patients while maintaining high standards of dental care.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose, and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients.
- Perform routine and advanced dental procedures as per clinical requirements.
- Develop and explain suitable treatment plans to patients.
- Handle patient consultations and address their dental concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment details.
- Ensure proper infection control and follow clinical safety protocols.
- Coordinate with senior dentists and the clinic team whenever required.
- Educate patients about oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain a professional and patient-friendly environment.
- Follow clinic protocols and ensure quality patient care.
Requirements
- BDS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Dental Council.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of general dental procedures and patient management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a dental team.
- Professional, responsible, and patient-oriented approach.
