Job Summary
We are looking for a result-driven and strategic Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end campaign lifecycle across digital channels while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital (Google, Meta, email, SMS, WhatsApp) and offline channels.
- Develop campaign strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Content, Digital, Operations) for smooth execution.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CPL, ROI, conversions, engagement rates, etc.).
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights and performance analysis.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
- Create campaign calendars and track timelines to ensure timely execution.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new campaign opportunities.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM tools, email marketing tools).
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent project management and coordination abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in campaign management or performance marketing.
Preferred Experience (If Relevant to Your Business)
- Experience in BFSI / Loan / DSA / Financial Services industry.
- Experience handling B2B, B2C, and Channel Partner campaigns.
- Experience working with CRM systems and lead management funnels.
