Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Laser Hair Removal Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in laser hair removal treatments, excellent patient care skills, and a passion for delivering safe, effective, and result-oriented aesthetic treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Laser Hair Removal (LHR) treatments following clinical protocols and safety guidelines.
- Conduct patient consultations, assess skin and hair types, and determine treatment suitability.
- Educate patients about treatment procedures, expected outcomes, pre-care, and post-care instructions.
- Operate laser devices safely and select appropriate treatment parameters based on individual patient needs.
- Monitor patient comfort throughout the procedure and manage any immediate concerns.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and progress notes.
- Assist doctors during aesthetic and dermatological procedures whenever required.
- Perform additional aesthetic treatments such as HydraFacial, Chemical Peels, Skin Rejuvenation, and Carbon Laser Facial (if trained).
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of laser equipment.
- Follow infection control, sterilization, and clinic hygiene protocols.
- Build positive patient relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Promote treatment plans and skincare products in an ethical and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Any Graduation is preferred.
- Experience: 0–3 years in Laser Hair Removal treatments.
- Experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetic clinic is preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience with Diode Laser or other medical-grade laser systems.
- Strong understanding of laser physics, skin types, and laser safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counselling skills.
- Professional grooming and a customer-centric approach.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in HydraFacial, Chemical Peels, Skin Rejuvenation, and other non-invasive aesthetic procedures.
- Knowledge of skincare products and treatment recommendations.
- Experience assisting dermatologists or plastic surgeons in aesthetic procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
