What You'll Do:
- Source and onboard residential properties
- Build strong relationships with homeowners
- Conduct property inspections and complete documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless property activation
- Achieve acquisition targets and drive business growth
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in real estate, property acquisition, sales, or business development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good understanding of Bengaluru's rental market
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
