Job Title: AGM – Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering (IED)

Job Description
- Drive machining feasibility studies, process planning, setup strategy, and risk assessment for new components from steel castings,Inv Casting & Iron Castings
- Optimize CNC machining processes (turning, milling, boring, drilling) for cycle time reduction, productivity improvement and cost optimization.
- Lead tooling, fixture, and process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, repeatability and efficiency.
- Manage capacity planning, manpower utilization, machine utilization and operational performance.
- Ensure CNC program optimization, process standardization and manufacturing documentation control.
- Drive reduction of defects, rejection, and rework through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Monitor key KPIs including OEE, productivity, cycle time, quality, tooling cost, and delivery performance.
- Ensure tooling availability, tool life optimization and minimize machine downtime.
- Lead and develop the machine shop team to achieve operational excellence.
Core Skills:
- Software Knowledge in AUTOCAD, SOLID WORKS,SOLID CAM and ESPRIT Softwares
- Machine Shop Operations Management
- CNC Programming for CNC Lathes, VMC's,HMC's,VTL'S,5 Axis, 7 Axis Machines and Multi Axis Machines & Machining cum Process Optimization Production Planning & Execution
- CNC Programming knowledge in Fanuc, Sinumerik / Siemens and Mazatrol Systems
- Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering & Productivity Improvement
- Tooling development for Jigs & Fixture and exposure in Cutting Tools
- GD&T Interpretation for Critical Parts
- Cost Reduction & Process Improvement
- CNC Program Management, issues and control for New Parts and Existing Parts
- Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
- Quality Improvement & CAPA
- Capacity Planning & Resource Optimization
