Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, business development, and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall branch operations.
- Achieve branch sales and revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales teams.
- Develop business through referrals, connectors, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Build strong relationships with customers and business associates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lender guidelines.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare branch performance reports and MIS.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Loan Sales.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to achieve business targets and drive growth.
