Job Description
We are looking for passionate and experienced Online Coding Teachers to conduct live, interactive coding classes for school students across international curricula. The ideal candidate should have strong teaching experience and be capable of making coding fun, engaging, and project-based.
The teacher should be proficient in teaching coding concepts from beginner to advanced levels, including game development and Artificial Intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live online coding classes for students from beginner to advanced levels.
- Teach coding through interactive and hands-on learning methodologies.
- Deliver lessons in:
- Block Coding
- Scratch Programming
- Python (Basic & Advanced)
- Game Development
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) fundamentals and beginner projects
- Design engaging coding projects, activities, and challenges.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Encourage creativity, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure high-quality classroom engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience teaching coding to school students in an online environment is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Block Coding
- Scratch
- Python (Basic & Advanced)
- Game Development
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex programming concepts for young learners.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Comfortable using online teaching platforms and digital tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or relevant coding certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience teaching international students (US, UK, IB, Cambridge, or other international curricula) is preferred.
