Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation and Calling
- Make outbound calls to potential clients daily.
- Follow up with interested leads regularly.
- Maintain proper records of all interactions.
Client Coordination
- Explain farmland projects clearly to prospects.
- Schedule site visits, especially on weekends.
- Assist clients during the decision-making process.
Sales Support
- Work closely with the sales executive team.
- Help in converting leads into potential customers.
- Support in achieving weekly and monthly targets.
CRM and Data Management
- Update lead details in CRM systems.
- Track customer responses and follow-ups.
- Maintain organized data for reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Interest in sales, real estate, or marketing.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and calling tools.
- Confident and proactive personality.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Freshers and students are encouraged to apply. However, candidates with sales experience will have an advantage.

Stipend and Benefits
