Arch Recruiters is hiring on behalf of a leading company in the Solar Energy & Electrical Industry for the position of Sales Manager based in Ludhiana, Punjab.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with experience in solar energy, electrical products, or related industries. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be comfortable with field sales activities, and have a strong drive to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships.
* Promote and sell solar panel and renewable energy solutions to commercial and residential customers.
* Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site assessments.
* Identify market opportunities and expand the customer base.
* Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
* 3–7 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Solar Energy, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related sectors.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
* Knowledge of solar products, electrical systems, or renewable energy solutions is preferred.
* Own vehicle and valid driving license will be an added advantage.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
* Diploma or Graduate in any discipline.
* Technical background in Electrical/Mechanical fields will be preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)
