Job Description
- Institutional fundraising and strategies - Provide input in developing and executing a strategy to secure grants from institutional donors. Identify and respond to RFPs, EOIs, and funding opportunities aligned with organizational goals. Lead the proposal development process, including writing grant applications, coordinating inputs from program and finance teams, and ensuring timely submissions.
- Program Design & Strategic Input - Collaborate with program teams to co-design scalable, evidence-based interventions aligned with donor interests. Ensure all proposals reflect strong Theory of Change, logical frameworks, and measurable outcomes. Stay informed on trends in the development sector, particularly in areas relevant to the organization’s focus. Work with M&E teams to integrate robust outcome measurement tools into proposals and reporting.
- Donor Reporting & Compliance - Ensure high-quality, timely donor reports in coordination with program and finance teams. Track grant deliverables and budgets to ensure compliance with donor agreements.Support external audits and evaluations, as required by institutional partners.
Candidate's profile: You must hold a Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Work. You must have 8 to 10 years’ experience in the development sector, of which 3 years in grant funding.
Pay: Up to ₹1,450,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra
