As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications, overseeing progress, and addressing any challenges that arise to maintain project momentum and quality standards.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align application development with business objectives.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and integration patterns.
- Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and middleware solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with API management and service-oriented architecture concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
