KVS Enterprises (Brands: DaBeatz, Xclamor, Eleek.in) — professional audio, consumer audio and stage lighting. We sell on Amazon, Flipkart and our own website.
What you'll do:
- Create and maintain listings on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub — titles, images, catalogue data, fixing suppressions
- Update prices and run promotions as per the approved price list
- Process daily orders — invoicing, dispatch coordination, courier manifests, tracking updates
- Handle returns and coordinate replacements
- Keep stock counts accurate and flag low stock before it goes out of stock
- Process Eleek.in (Shopify) orders and answer customer queries
- Send a daily dispatch report
You should have:
- 1–3 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central and/or Flipkart Seller Hub experience — this is a must, not general back-office work
- Solid Excel: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters
- Hindi fluent, working English (you'll write to Amazon/Flipkart support)
- Someone who chases a problem until it's closed, without being reminded
Good to have: consumer electronics / audio category experience, Shopify, Unicommerce / EasyEcom / Vinculum
Timings: 10:30am to 7:00 pm , 6 days a week
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
