Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Technical Analyst Intern to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the implementation of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Coordinate with development and QA teams during the project lifecycle.
Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD, user stories, and workflows.
Conduct data analysis and generate reports for business insights.
Participate in system testing, UAT, and implementation support.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during deployment.
Required Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Understanding of business processes and technical systems.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
Technical Skills:
JIRA / Confluence
Basic understanding of APIs and databases
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
