About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Brand Manager to lead the brand vision and growth for our Women Leadership Circle. This role will focus on building a strong, distinctive identity, driving brand recall, and positioning the platform as a globally recognized women leadership community.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive brand growth and global positioning, with a clear vision to establish the platform as a leading global community
- Build and strengthen a distinct, consistent brand identity and recall across all touchpoints
- Define and lead brand communication strategy, ensuring a strong and cohesive voice
- Establish and maintain a refined design language and visual identity aligned with premium positioning
- Develop and amplify thought leadership through content, events, and strategic collaborations
- Lead content and storytelling strategy across digital platforms, campaigns, and community initiatives
- Ensure brand consistency across partnerships, sponsorships, and all external communications
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns and experiences
- Track and evaluate brand performance
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications
- Proven track record of building and scaling brands, preferably in premium, community, or lifestyle spaces
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, communication, and storytelling
- Deep understanding of design systems and visual identity development
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
