- Contact customers regarding insurance renewals and policy updates
- Explain insurance plans, benefits, and renewal procedures clearly
- Generate leads and follow up with customers for policy conversions
- Maintain customer database and daily call records accurately
- Coordinate with insurance and service teams for smooth processing
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer support
- Achieve renewal and telecalling targets efficiently
- Good communication, convincing, and follow-up skills required
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
