About the Role
Binge Consulting is looking for a motivated and customer-focused F&B Executive to join our team at the International Airport. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely and proper service to customers.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned work area.
- Handle billing and cash/card transactions as required.
- Follow company policies, food safety standards, and airport regulations.
- Support the team in maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, QSR, restaurant, café, or customer service is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, courteous, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced airport environment.
- Freshers with a strong interest in hospitality may also be considered.
