We are looking for a motivated and communication-skilled Admission Counselor to guide students through the admission process and help them choose the right course/program. The candidate should be confident in counseling, lead conversion, and student relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Explain admission procedures, eligibility, fee structure, and program details.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
- Maintain accurate student databases and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in counseling, sales, or admissions is preferred.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
