Responsibilities
- Digital Enquiry Handling – Respond to Customer Enquiries Received Through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Other Digital Platforms in a Timely and Professional Manner
- Customer Acquisition – Identify and Connect with New Customers Through Online Platforms to Generate Fresh Enquiries
- Customer Video Demonstration – Conduct Video Calls with Customers to Showcase Jewellery Products and Explain Designs Clearly
- Sales Conversion – Guide Customers in Product Selection and Convert Enquiries into Confirmed Sales Orders
- Product Presentation – Present Jewellery Designs Effectively Through Photos, Videos, and Live Demonstrations
- Catalogue Sharing – Share Product Catalogues, New Launches, and Best-Selling Designs with Customers
- Follow-Up Management – Regularly Follow Up with Interested Customers to Close Pending Sales
- Order Coordination – Record Customer Requirements and Coordinate with Internal Teams for Smooth Order Processing
- Customer Relationship Management – Maintain Positive Communication with Customers to Build Trust and Encourage Repeat Business
- Lead Source Tracking – Track and Record the Source of Enquiries Such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or Other Platforms
- Data Recording – Maintain Proper Records of Customer Enquiries, Orders, and Sales Activities
- Monthly Reporting – Prepare Monthly Reports of Enquiries, Sales, Follow-Ups, and Platform Performance
- Sales Target Achievement – Work Towards Achieving Daily and Monthly Sales Targets

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 45 – 60 per week
Experience:
- Telecommunication: 1 year (Preferred)
