Experience: 2–5 Years (Healthcare, Aesthetic, Dental, Wellness, or Hospital Management Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations.
- Coordinate appointments, patient flow, and customer service.
- Supervise reception, nursing, and support staff.
- Handle patient inquiries, consultations, and treatment coordination.
- Manage billing, inventory, vendor relations, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure smooth execution of aesthetic procedures and patient follow-ups.
- Monitor clinic performance, revenue, and operational efficiency.
- Implement marketing campaigns and coordinate with the digital marketing team.
- Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and clinic presentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in clinic, hospital, dental, cosmetic, wellness, or healthcare management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
- Sales and customer service experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
